What Is Panuzzu?
Panuzzu is a traditional Italian sandwich base from the Campania region. It is soft, light, and airy — a cross between pizza dough and ciabatta, perfect for premium hot sandwiches. Softer than ciabatta, lighter than focaccia, and designed to be toasted with fillings.

How to Use Gio Panuzzu

Heat: Warm in the oven at 200–220°C for 3–5 minutes, or use a sandwich press.

Open: Slice Panuzzu lengthwise like a panini.

Fill: Add mozzarella, tomato, ham, cheese, chicken, pesto, sausage, vegetables — any favourite filling.

Toast: Return to the oven or sandwich press until golden and crispy.
