Order Processing
We process orders for Next Day delivery from Monday to Thursday.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Minimum Orders
All of our frozen dough boxes benefit from 100% free delivery. For other products we offer free delivery for orders over £39.99.

Frozen Goods Conditions
Customer must bring the parcel indoors immediately after delivery. Missed delivery causing defrosting cannot be refunded. Safe place deliveries are customer responsibility.

Refreezing Policy (Raw Dough)
If dough arrives chilled or cold to the touch, it can be safely refrozen. If dough has fully defrosted and warmed to room temperature, it must NOT be refrozen. Frozen Dough must be stored in the freezer.
