Returns & Refunds
Due to its nature frozen food cannot be returned. We are unable to issue refunds for missed delivery, wrong address, or defrosting after successful delivery. Refunds can only be accepted if we are at fault (wrong items, damaged goods, failed DPD delivery).
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photo evidence is required within 24 hours of receipt.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve investigated your issue, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Legal Rights
Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Frozen goods are exempt from 14-day return rule (CCR 2013).
