How long does delivery take?
We aim to delivery as quickly as possible, Next day for orders received Monday - Wednesday. Orders received Thursday, Friday and over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
How will my order arrive?
Your dough is sent frozen in insulated packaging to ensure it stays in perfect condition during transit. We recommend transferring it to your freezer as soon as it arrives.
How long can I keep the dough in the freezer?
Our dough can be kept frozen for up to 3 months. Just make sure it's stored in a sealed bag or airtight container to keep it at its best.
Can I refreeze the dough once it's been defrosted?
We don't recommend refreezing the dough once it has fully defrosted, as this can affect the texture and rise. Plan to use it within 24 hours of defrosting.
Focaccia Dough
What size tray do I need for the focaccia?
No tray needed — our focaccia dough comes ready in its own foil tray, perfect for going straight in the oven. Just drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt then add your toppings and bake!
What temperature should I bake the focaccia at?
We recommend baking in a preheated oven at 200–220°C (fan). A hot oven is key to getting that golden crust and fluffy inside.
Can I add toppings to the focaccia?
Yes! Classic focaccia toppings like rosemary, sea salt, olives, cherry tomatoes or caramelised onion all work beautifully. Press them gently into the dough before baking.
Pizza Dough
What's the difference between the Napoli and Sourdough dough balls?
The Napoli dough has a classic light and airy Neapolitan texture, while the Sourdough has a slightly chewier bite with a deeper, tangier flavour. Both are delicious — it really comes down to personal preference!
Can I use the dough in a regular home oven?
Yes! Preheat your oven to its highest setting (usually 250°C fan) and use a baking tray or pizza stone for best results. The hotter the oven, the better the base.
How many pizzas does each dough ball make?
Each dough ball makes one individual pizza, roughly 10–12 inches depending on how thin you stretch it.
How do I stretch the pizza dough?
Use your hands rather than a rolling pin — press from the centre outwards and let gravity do the work. Avoid overworking it and it'll stretch beautifully.
