1. DELIVERY POLICY (Frozen Food UK)

• We deliver nationwide across the UK using next■day frozen delivery.
• All orders are packed in insulated packaging designed to maintain frozen temperature for up to 24 hours.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to bring the parcel indoors immediately once delivered.
• Delivery charge: £5.99 for orders under £39.99.
• Free delivery for orders £39.99 or above.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS (Frozen Food Law)

Because our products are frozen food, once delivered they CANNOT be returned.
This is required by UK food safety regulations.
Refunds are only available if:
• The parcel arrives damaged, OR
• The product arrives unsafe to consume.
Proof (photo) may be required.

3. FROZEN FOOD CONDITIONS

• Products must be placed in the freezer immediately upon delivery.
• Do NOT refreeze once the product is warm or fully defrosted.
• Refreezing is only safe if the dough is still chilled on arrival.
• Gio Focaccia Dough® is not responsible for spoilage caused by customers leaving parcels
outside.

4. TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order with Gio Focaccia Dough® (Gio Direct Ltd), the customer agrees to:
1. Provide accurate delivery information.
2. Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
3. Accept that frozen food cannot be returned unless damaged.
4. Accept that delivery delays caused by DPD or weather are outside our control.
5. Use the product responsibly and follow all storage guidelines.
6. Understand that once delivered, ownership transfers to the customer.
Payments:
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or bank card.
• We do not store card details.
Limitations:
• We are not liable for loss caused by incorrect address or customer not being available.
• We are not liable for spoiled goods if customer delays collection.
