How to Use Your Frozen Dough Balls
How to Use Your Frozen Dough Balls
Your dough ball is delivered frozen, to keep all the freshness and quality — just like in Italy.
1. Store in the Freezer
When you receive your dough ball, put it straight in the freezer.
2. Slow Defrost (OverNight)
The day before you want to make your pizza:
• Take the dough ball out of the freezer
• Remove it from the plastic bag
• Place it in a container
• Cover the container (lid or cling film) so it does not dry
• Put it in the fridge overnight
This slow defrost helps the dough wake up naturally, the Italian way.
3. Bring to Room Temperature
On the day you cook:
• Take the dough out of the fridge
• Leave it at room temperature (18–20°C)
• Wait 4–5 hours
The dough will grow and double in size, becoming soft and full of air.
4. Ready to Make your Pizza
When the dough is soft, airy, and doubled, it is ready to stretch and bake.
Now you can enjoy a beautiful, authentic pizza at home — just like from an Italian kitchen.
