Simple Bake at Home
1. Defrost Overnight (Best Results)
• Remove from freezer at 9–10pm
• Leave at room temperature (18–20°C) with film on
• By morning, dough will have doubled in size
2. Prepare
• Remove film
• Drizzle extra virgin olive oil
• Handle gently
Classic (Dimpled)
• Press fingertips to create dimples
• Add toppings (rosemary, sea salt, onions, tomatoes)
• Rest 20 minutes
Soft (No Dimples)
• Leave dough untouched
• Add oil and toppings
3. Bake
• 200–220°C
• 18–20 minutes
• Middle shelf
• Bake until golden with a soft, airy crumb
